Master Menopause Australia is a 26 week online program owned and ‘powered’ by Miyagi – one of Australia’s largest providers of health and wellness programs.

Designed by Dr Ross Walker and delivered by our team of expert health professionals, our program is based on the latest scientific research to help you manage your symptoms through all stages of menopause, transform your body and improve your health and wellbeing.

We do this by providing individualised, one-on-one support via regular calls with an Accredited Dietitian and Health Coach, so you receive expert advice that’s personalised to your lifestyle, preferences and goals, and most importantly – your unique experiences through menopause. Our goal is to also educate and empower you to find a lifestyle that works for you, so you can create sustainable habits that last.

Once your join, you’ll also gain access to an all-inclusive app featuring tracking tools, a master menopause education course, recipe guides, an online support group and more to further support you in our program.

Throughout your six month program, you will have 1 on 1 support by an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Health coach who will educate you on:

Our 26 week program is suitable for women who: 

  • Are in all stages of menopause: perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause

We are not a one-size-fits-all program.  We understand everyone is unique and that their lifestyles and bodies are different.  Our Dietitians are qualified health coaches and work  1 on 1 with our members to create long term lifestyle change.

We don’t dictate to our clients, or put them on restrictive diets or strict exercise regimes.  Instead, we help our clients to find a lifestyle that works for them, including their favourite foods, movement they enjoy, all while achieving their health goals.

During our six month program you will be educated on up to date, evidence-based guidelines as to how to manage and improve your health & wellbeing.  Your Dietitian will empower, motivate, educate and keep you accountable throughout the program to ensure you achieve your goals. Our Dietitians are registered, Accredited Practicing Dietitians, therefore, if you qualify for NDIS funding you can use it to join this program.
