Miyagi uses a scientific, evidence-based approach to health and wellness incorporating the key interrelated principles of mindset, accountability, movement, and nourishment. This is spot on.
This coaching program combination coupled with amazing, responsive and friendly coaches enabled me to:
– develop healthier, mindful eating habits;
– gain insights to the effects of menopause [and trauma] on the body and mind; and
– learn new ways of exercising.
Ps. I now have a penchant for resistance bands.
The support through the Facebook space was inspirational and motivational. I enjoyed the opportunity to congratulate others’ achievements as well as receive feedback on my posts. The Miyagi app and Members Lounge had all the tips and advice to keep me moving forward. Despite an injury and illness or two during my 26 weeks, I have gained the knowledge and skills to make healthy lifestyle choices now and in the future.
Although I will miss my coaching sessions and the encouragement and support from other Miyagi members, life is looking up. Thank you!
